Formerly Pope & Hudgens, P.A.
New Name. Same Dedication. Same Follow Through.

At Pope Parker Jenkins (formerly Pope & Hudgens) in Newberry, our trial attorneys have the skill and experience to guide our clients through the court process in a variety of practice areas. Our lead trial attorney Tom Pope III has tried cases in state and federal courts for  over 40 years. Tom is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and past president of the South Carolina Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers from 2008 to present.

We handle litigation in all courts, including personal injury, automobile accidents, breach of fiduciary duty, estate litigation, insurance bad faith claims, condemnation actions, criminal defense, DUI, workers compensation, family court matters, and business litigation. Please see our PRACTICE AREAS for a full listing of all the different types of cases we currently handle.

We help our clients analyze their legal problems and advise them on a solution: whether by settlement, trial by jury, or an appeal, we are ready to help. We seek out the quickest possible resolution of cases with results that are desirable to the client. We take special pride in representing the “little person” who has been wronged and who cannot afford an hourly fee.

Pope Parker Jenkins is also equipped to represent clients in business, estate, and real estate matters: including planning for estates or business formations, litigation and business disputes, and estate and probate issues. For more information, please see our firm’s successful case results.
