Andrew J. Livingston, II

Associate Andrew Livingston recently joined the firm after graduating from Elon University School of Law and serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for a South Carolina Circuit Court Judge. Andrew is focused on learning through assisting the partners of the firm and in handling his own cases. Andrew will practice in a wide variety of areas, including real estate, probate, family court, personal injury, estate planning, and criminal defense.

Andrew attended nearby Presbyterian College and while obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree in History, he served as a legal assistant and law clerk at Pope Parker Jenkins. During law school, he worked as a law clerk and legal intern with the Forsyth County Public Defender’s Office and the Schiffman Law Group, PLLC where he assisted in real estate transactions. A Newberry native, Andrew is a member of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer. Andrew was a 3 year Letterman in baseball at Presbyterian College and enjoys hunting, fishing, and rooting for the USC Gamecocks.
